BIOGRAPHY

I'm a painter of light and landscapes. I work mostly in oil paint but also in traditional drawing media, such as chalk pastels, ink wash, graphite and color pencil.

A little about my training and background. I was trained in art and architecture at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and the University of Oregon. In my professional life, I have worked as artisan woodworker, carpenter, architect and now painter. I also have a doctorate from the University of Florida in Construction Management.
